whenever you add watch someone, you'll get the latest updates of the person whenever he or she upload new deviation/s

in other words, you are interested in his/her work..

if you pay deviatart for premium account/membership, you'll get the friends and css journal etc...

for me..i didnt pay, but i will pay for it when i got enough money to support my site...so i use journal to add my friends list..

thats about it...
